Window Quotes Direct (“we”, “us”) operates this website. We are a marketing service that connects homeowners with independent, vetted double glazing installers. We are the data controller for the information you submit through this site.
What we collect
When you complete the quote form we collect the details you enter, plus some technical information captured automatically to understand which campaign brought you here:

How we use it
- To match your enquiry to a suitable, vetted installer and arrange your quote.
- To contact you by phone about the quote request you made — our calls are directly related to the application you submitted, not unrelated marketing.
- To follow up by email or text where relevant to that same enquiry.
- To measure which marketing campaigns bring genuine enquiries, so we can advertise responsibly.
Our lawful basis is your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and running our service.
Who we share it with
If your enquiry qualifies, we pass your details to a matched, vetted installer — which may include our installation partner, Help 2 Buy Windows — so they can prepare and discuss your quote directly with you. We also use trusted service providers (for example hosting and analytics) who process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry data for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted or anonymised — unless we are required to keep it longer to meet a legal obligation.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
